A STARTING POINT FOR BUILDING A DESSERT TABLE
These sample packages are here to make planning easier and give you a starting point for quantity, variety, and budget. You do not have to stick to one exactly as shown. Everything can be adjusted based on your guest count, dessert selections, flavors, display needs, and overall wedding style.

Most couples choose 4 to 8 dessert options and plan for about 2 to 3 pieces per guest, depending on the mix. Use these examples as a guide, then customize from there.
​
Pricing is based on what you actually choose. Not every dessert is priced the same, so there is no single flat rate. A Rice Krispie treat is not priced the same as a dessert shooter, which is why every quote is customized based on your selections. Most dessert tables fall between $5 and $11 per guest, depending on menu choices and display needs.
​
Full setup is available in and around Grand Rapids and includes display rentals, full dessert setup, flavor signs, plates, forks, napkins, a mid-evening refresh to clear empty displays, and to-go platters for easy cleanup at the end of the night.
Please note the below prices do not include full set up.
Full setup pricing ranges from $350 to $450, depending on venue location and event date, in addition to treat total.

Treat counts, flavors, and setup can all be adjusted based on your guest count, style, and what you actually want.
Cutting cakes are available and are simple 1-tier, 3-layer cakes and range from $50 to $95.

FAQ's

Do you do tastings?
Because dessert tables include so many different options and everything is baked to order, we don’t offer traditional tastings of individual items. If there’s something specific you’re interested in trying, reach out and we can talk through the best option.

When is payment due?
A deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due three weeks before the event. You’re welcome to make smaller payments along the way or pay the balance all at once.
Is the deposit refundable?
If the order is canceled within two months of the event date, the deposit is not refundable.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Wedding orders can be delivered, and delivery fees vary based on location.
Dessert table setups and display rentals may have an additional fee.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Some desserts can be made without certain allergens, but because everything is prepared in a small kitchen with shared equipment, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Tree nuts, dairy, corn, eggs, and gluten are all used in the kitchen, and some ingredients may come from facilities that also handle peanuts. If you have a specific concern, please ask.
